At SpotTracker, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Are you not entirely happy with your order? Then you can return your purchase free of charge up to 30 days after receipt. Below, we explain how this works.

Return options

Return yourself using your own shipping method

Send an email to support@spot-tracker.com to register your return.

Please include the original packing slip with your return shipment.

Send the package to the return address at the bottom of this page.

We also reimburse shipping costs for this method.

Return policy

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and complete with all accessories.
  • Is the product damaged or does it show clear signs of use? In that case, we may apply a reduction in value to the amount to be refunded.
  • Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Refund

Within 30 days of receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used when placing your order.

Are you returning the entire order? Then we will also refund the shipping costs.

Are you returning part of your order? In that case, we will not refund the shipping costs.

Returns are always free of charge.

Exchanging a product

Would you like to exchange a product?

Please return the current product according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. This will ensure fast and correct processing.

Entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible via support@spot-tracker.com.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to change the address for you.
