Does the card support both iOS and Android?
Yes, the SpotTracker card works with the iOS "Find My" app and compatible Android apps, allowing you to easily track devices on both platforms.
How do I charge the card?
The card has been updated with a USB‑C port and is rechargeable via cable or wirelessly: one full charge provides weeks of autonomy without battery changes.
What happens if I leave my card out of range?
As soon as the card moves out of Bluetooth range, you will automatically receive a notification on your phone. The last known location will remain visible in the app.
Can you make the card beep to find something?
Yes, within a range of approximately 90 meters, you can use the "Find My" app to play a sound on the map to quickly locate items.
Is the card waterproof?
Yes, the card has an IP68 rating and is completely resistant to dust and water — ideal for everyday use, even in rain or mud.
