At SpotTracker, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Not entirely happy with your order? You can return your purchase free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Below we explain how it works.
Return Options
Return yourself via your own shipping method
Send an email to support@spot-tracker.com to register your return.
Include the original packing slip with your return shipment.
Send the package to the return address at the bottom of this page.
We also reimburse the shipping costs with this method.
Return Conditions
- Returns are possible within 30 days after receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and complete with all accessories.
- If the product is damaged or shows clear signs of use, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount.
- Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.
Refund
Within 30 days of receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the payment method you used for the order.
Returning the full order? We will also refund the shipping costs.
Returning only part of your order? We will not refund the shipping costs.
Returns are always free of charge.
Exchanging a Product
Would you like to exchange a product?
Return the current product according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. This way we ensure a fast and smooth process.
Entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@spot-tracker.com.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to update the address for you.
